Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all training courses offered by Outlier Learning unless otherwise noted. By booking a training course with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

For individual bookings or groups of up to 4 seats:

For a full refund, written cancellations must be received 15 business days prior to the start date of the training.

Cancellations received 7 business days prior to the start date of the training are entitled to a 50% refund.

Cancellations received less than 7 business days prior to the start date are not entitled to a refund.

For group bookings of more than 4 seats:

For a full refund, written cancellations must be received 30 business days prior to the start date of the training.

Cancellations received 14 business days prior to the start date of the training are entitled to a 50% refund.

Cancellations received less than 14 business days prior to the start date are not entitled to a refund.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required before the start of the training course.

Your seat in the course is not confirmed until payment has been received in full.

If payment has not been made by the course start date, your booking may be subject to cancellation, and you will not be allowed to participate in the training.

Transfer Policy

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your booking to another individual. Requests for transfers must be made at least 5 business days prior to the course start date. Transfer requests made less than 5 business days prior to the start date will not be accepted. Transferred bookings are not eligible for refunds.

Course Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule training courses at any time. In the event that we cancel or reschedule a course, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course.

We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by participants.

No-shows

Participants who do not attend the training and have not submitted a cancellation request in accordance with the policy will be considered "no-shows" and will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.
